Data Controller and Data Processor
In accordance with the regulations provided by the:

- the General Data Protection Regulation, aka GDPR for European Union
the data controller and data processor for Feyou is the developer of the website. For the purpose of clarifying this provision, we stipulate the we are controller for the personal data provided by our customers who are creating accounts on our website, and processors for the data they collect through our provided services.
Data Processor is also any third party that receives collected personal data from us. They are subject to Data Processing Agreement, enforcing protection of the personal data they receive from us.
Data Retention and Data Deletion
We only retain the personal information collected from a Customer for as long as the Customer’s email address is active on our mailing list, or otherwise for a limited period of time as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which we have initially collected it, unless otherwise required by law.
